Design Development Phase

This phase refines the schematic designs into detailed plans, including:

  • Detailed views of the exterior and a section to show interior spaces.

Construction Documents Phase

We prepare a comprehensive set of construction documents, essential for bringing the design to life, which includes:

  • For any necessary engineering drawings (e.g., structural, civil), which are handled under separate contracts with the owner.
