Solana Beach ADU

What used to be drywall and windows, was transformed into a welcoming kitchen and dining nook. The new and improved natural wood flooring guides you into an inviting, cozy kitchen with a live edge wood counter height table and striking blue, green, and white black splash. This warm kitchen space introduces grace and style and is perfect for having a coffee or breakfast while overlooking the coastline.

  • This ADU was transformed from a hallway into a complete kitchen space. The french doors and entryway were moved to open up the living space and exit directly to the patio overlooking the coastline.
