As a Superintendent, Fernando plays a key role in choosing the right subcontractors, making sure work meets high standards, and keeping everyone informed — from clients and subcontractors to our office team.

Fernando’s management skills extend to scheduling city inspections, securing materials, and directing the workforce on site. Not just confined to oversight, he actively participates in the physical aspects of construction, including framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and finish carpentry, showcasing his versatile skill set.

Since joining SoHo in 2022, Fernando has become an essential member of the team, applying his 13 years of general construction experience to various projects. His dedication to the craft and the joy he finds in making clients' dream homes a reality underline his passion for the construction industry. Fernando's love for construction stems from a deep-seated desire to create and transform spaces. His hands-on approach and ability to manage intricate projects from the ground up allow him to make significant contributions to the field.
