As the Operations Manager at SoHo, Brandon is the key to our project oversight, guiding the progression of projects from their initial groundwork and permitting phases through to the dynamic stages of construction. His role is critical in orchestrating the collaboration between superintendents, lead carpenters, field employees, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and flawless execution across all aspects of our operations.
Brandon's journey in the construction industry spans over 25 years, a path that began in his earliest years. “Those early experiences, from picking up nails to assisting in client meetings, not only taught me the trades but also the art of professional communication and the importance of maintaining humanity within our work.”

Starting with SoHo in 2019 as the first field employee ever hired, Brandon has been instrumental in shaping the company's operational backbone. He is drawn to the collective team spirit at SoHo and is inspired by being part of a group that not only aims for the best in every project but also cares deeply about looking after and supporting each other.
